A practical workflow for the next decision
A one-person business still has to make decisions about the customer, the product, the next sale and the cash available to keep building. A reusable skill gives Claude a method for one of those jobs and a clear definition of a useful answer. This pack contains 42 skills you can choose individually.
For a consultant or finance professional starting a business, the advantage is continuity. The customer definition used in an interview can inform the positioning brief. The pricing assumptions can feed the unit-economics view. The weekly review records what changed so the next conversation starts with the evidence.
The pack does not run a company for you. Each skill produces research, a working draft or an analysis for your review. Start with the one decision blocking progress, then add the next skill when the first output gives you a reason to use it.

How to work through the pack
Choose the decision and collect the context. State your product, intended customer, stage and constraints. Bring customer notes or company figures where you have them and mark what is still an assumption.
Pick one skill from the directory below. Customer interview guide, lean canvas and competitor teardown are useful before building. Product and launch skills help turn the chosen problem into a testable offer.
Review the output before moving to the next task. Check sources, recalculate material numbers and challenge claims about customers. Keep the original evidence beside the draft.
Close the loop with the weekly founder review. Record the decision, the result and the next small action. Refresh the context when something important changes rather than adding more instructions to an outdated brief.
Bring the right inputs
- A short description of the business and the immediate decision
- Customer evidence and current company data, with dates
- Time, budget, team capacity and any non-negotiable constraints
Try this first
Use lean-canvas for this business idea and customer evidence. Separate observations from assumptions. Identify the three assumptions that would change whether I should build it, then suggest one small test for next week.Install a skill and run one task
- Download the pack, or choose one individual skill ZIP from the directory below.
- Upload that skill ZIP using the skill settings available in your Claude account. Keep the skill folder and its supporting files together. For Claude Code, place the skill folder in your project’s .claude/skills/ directory.
- Share the context, evidence and output you need. Ask Claude to use the selected skill, then review its answer before acting on it.
You can also attach selected Markdown instructions to a Claude Project as reference material. Account features and upload limits can differ; the archive includes a README and the complete skill folders so the instructions remain usable.

The 42 skills are reusable instructions, not 42 autonomous employees. Use the outputs as working material you can check.
Nothing in the pack sends messages, publishes content or makes a financial commitment on your behalf. Review and authorize any external action.
Once the evidence and conclusions are reviewed, turn them into a page brief: one main point, the supporting facts, the visual you need and the source notes. Oria helps turn that brief, rough layout or sketch into professional slides. It is the presentation layer; your reviewed analysis remains the source of truth.
For the next step, explore the financial modelling agent pack and the Claude skills for pitch books.
