A practical workflow for the next decision
A fundraising list becomes useful when you can explain why each investor belongs on it. Stage, sector, cheque fit, current portfolio and the relevant partner all matter. This pack gives Claude 21 focused methods for researching those questions and preparing the work around a raise.
The sequence starts with the company and the round. It then moves through the investor universe, public-source research, partner fit, pitch development, meeting preparation and follow-up. You can use the whole pack as a reference or install only the skill needed for your next task.
For founders and advisers, the aim is a coherent process. The story in the outreach should match the evidence in the deck, the assumptions in the model and the answers in diligence. A missing fact should remain a research question instead of becoming a confident line in the pitch.

How to work through the pack
Define the raise before looking for names. State the business, stage, target capital, intended use of funds and the milestones the round should support.
Qualify funds using evidence. Read official mandate and team pages, examine disclosed investments and check dates. Record uncertainty when cheque size, partner remit or current activity cannot be established.
Prepare the story and outreach. Connect the company evidence to the investor’s published interests. Draft a concise message and meeting brief, then review both before contacting anyone.
Keep the follow-up connected. Track investor questions, requested documents, next actions and the version of the evidence shared. Keep sensitive documents inside approved systems.
Bring the right inputs
- Company description, stage and fundraising objective
- Current pitch, model assumptions and permitted supporting evidence
- Known investor constraints and any existing relationship history
Try this first
Use the fundraising skills to review this round brief. Define investor fit, research a shortlist using official sources, and prepare the questions I must resolve before outreach. Do not invent contacts, cheque sizes or portfolio activity.Install a skill and run one task
- Download the pack, or choose one individual skill ZIP from the directory below.
- Upload that skill ZIP using the skill settings available in your Claude account. Keep the skill folder and its supporting files together. For Claude Code, place the skill folder in your project’s .claude/skills/ directory.
- Share the context, evidence and output you need. Ask Claude to use the selected skill, then review its answer before acting on it.
You can also attach selected Markdown instructions to a Claude Project as reference material. Account features and upload limits can differ; the archive includes a README and the complete skill folders so the instructions remain usable.

Fund mandate verifier
Verify a venture fund's current stage, sector, geography, vehicle, deployment status, and stated mandate using dated public sources. Use when website positioning may be stale or too broad. Do not treat a keyword or old investment as current mandate proof.
Output: A structured working draft with assumptions, evidence gaps and the next action to review.

Fundraise run
Coordinate an evidence-led venture fundraising process from round definition and investor qualification through outreach, meetings, diligence, and close. The skills prepare research and drafts. They do not guarantee introductions, investor replies or a completed raise.
Check current investor information and review all communications. Funding terms and legal documents need the appropriate professional review.
Once the evidence and conclusions are reviewed, turn them into a page brief: one main point, the supporting facts, the visual you need and the source notes. Oria helps turn that brief, rough layout or sketch into professional slides. It is the presentation layer; your reviewed analysis remains the source of truth.
