What this is
This is a pack of 12 Claude skills for brand and template compliance. Each skill teaches Claude one named method that consultants, bankers, and corporate teams use to keep a deck on a corporate PowerPoint template and on brand: putting slides on the right master layout, moving content into real placeholders, binding fills to theme color slots, enforcing the approved palette and fonts, fixing logos and icons and imagery, and auditing the finished deck before it ships.
The skills are grouped into the four stages of bringing a deck onto a template: get the structure right, lock the color and type, fix the brand assets, then audit and remediate. Each skill is genuinely distinct, so install one, a stage, or the full set. For the broader design toolkit, see our Claude skills for consulting slide design.
Mechanically, each skill is one folder with a single SKILL.md file. Install just the ones you need, or load the full set.

The 12 Claude skills for brand and template compliance
The collection is grouped into the four stages of bringing a deck onto a template. They run in the order a real cleanup does, structure first, audit last, but every skill is also useful on its own.
From an off-brand deck to fully on-template

Stage 1 · 3 skills
Template Structure
Use these first. Put every slide on the right master layout, inside real placeholders, on the template's grid, so the deck is structurally on-template before any styling.
Master & Layout Mapper
Use when: Content is dropped onto blank slides instead of the template's layouts
Output: Each slide on the correct master layout with the right placeholders
Placeholder Discipline
Use when: Text and objects sit in floating boxes outside the layout placeholders
Output: Content moved into real title, body, and content placeholders
Grid, Margin & Safe-Zone Alignment
Use when: Elements drift past margins or ignore the layout grid
Output: A consistent grid, even margins, and a respected safe zone
Stage 2 · 3 skills
Color & Type
Use these to lock the deck onto the brand's color and type system, bound to theme slots so a re-theme updates everything at once.
Theme Color Binder
Use when: Shapes and text use hard-coded RGB instead of theme slots
Output: Fills bound to theme color slots so a re-theme updates everything
Brand Palette Guard
Use when: Slides drift into off-brand or rainbow colors
Output: A deck restricted to the approved palette with one accent rule
Theme Font & Type-Scale Enforcer
Use when: Rogue fonts or random sizes break the type system
Output: Brand heading and body fonts on a consistent type scale
Stage 3 · 3 skills
Brand Assets
Use these to make logos, icons, and imagery match the brand exactly, with the right lockup, one icon system, and one image treatment.
Logo & Lockup Compliance
Use when: The wrong logo, color, or crop appears, or clear space is violated
Output: The correct logo lockup with brand clear space and sizing
Iconography Style Keeper
Use when: Icons are mismatched in weight, fill, or color
Output: One consistent icon system in the brand style
Imagery & Photo Treatment
Use when: Photos clash in crop, color, or treatment
Output: A single image treatment, aspect ratio, and duotone or filter rule
Stage 4 · 3 skills
Audit & Remediation
Use these last. Make titles, footers, and page numbers consistent, audit the finished deck against the brand, then reskin anything off-template onto the approved template.
Title, Footer & Page-Number Consistency
Use when: Titles jump position and footers or page numbers are inconsistent
Output: Aligned titles, consistent footers, dividers, and page numbers
Brand Compliance Auditor
Use when: A finished deck needs a check before it ships
Output: A flagged list of every off-brand and off-template element
Reskin-to-Template Converter
Use when: An off-brand deck must move onto the approved template
Output: A recolored, retyped deck rebuilt on the brand template
Stages 1 and 2 fix the structure and the color and type. Stage 3 brings logos, icons, and imagery onto the brand. Stage 4 audits the deck and reskins anything off-template before it leaves the room.
Setup Guide
Download the skills pack
The zip contains all 12 skills, one folder per skill. Each skill is a single SKILL.md file. Unzip it anywhere. Keep the whole set, or pull out just the folders you need.
Create a Claude Project
Go to claude.ai, open the left sidebar, click Projects, then Create Project. Name it something like "Brand Compliance" or "Template Cleanup" so you can reuse it across decks.

Add the skills as Project Knowledge
Inside your project, open Project Knowledge, click Add Content, and upload the .md files. Add as many as you want, one skill, a whole stage, or all 12. Claude will reference them automatically in every conversation inside that project.

Start using the skills
Open a new conversation inside the project, paste in your slide content or attach the deck, and name the skill you want Claude to run. Claude reads it from project knowledge and runs the method with the framework already loaded.
Tip
Refer to the skill by name in your prompt. Phrases like "Use the brand-compliance-auditor skill" or "Run the reskin-to-template-converter skill" point Claude at the right method instead of leaving it to guess.

Example prompts
- "Use the master-and-layout-mapper skill to put these slides on the correct template layouts."
- "Use the brand-palette-guard skill to bring this rainbow chart onto the approved palette."
- "Use the logo-and-lockup-compliance skill to fix the logo on these dark dividers."
- "Use the brand-compliance-auditor skill to check this deck before it ships."
How to choose a brand and template compliance skill
Skip the hunt. Each skill maps to a specific compliance problem, so pick the row that matches your situation and use that skill. For applying a corporate template end to end, see apply corporate PowerPoint templates automatically and our Claude skills for McKinsey slides.
The quality bar
Every skill pushes Claude toward slides that meet the same compliance bar, the standard a brand reviewer applies before a deck leaves the room.
