Builds the governance cadence and tracking register that replaces status-update theater with a real value-tracking discipline. The skill that closes the loop most engagements never close.

Use when: Execution has started and leadership needs an honest, recurring read on whether the committed value is actually landing

Output: A value realization register by benefit, a steering-committee roll-up, reasoned at-risk items, and priority actions for the next cycle

Step 1

The zip contains all 5 skills, one folder per skill. Each skill is a single SKILL.md file. Unzip it anywhere. Load the full set for an end-to-end engagement or pull out only the skill relevant to your current stage.

Step 2

Create a Claude Project

Go to claude.ai, open the left sidebar, click Projects, then Create Project. Name it after the engagement or client workstream (for example, "Growth Strategy Engagement" or "Q3 Strategy Review").

Add the skills as Project Knowledge

Inside your project, open Project Knowledge, click Add Content, and upload the .md files. Add the skills relevant to the stage you are at. Claude references them automatically in every conversation inside that project.

Start using the skills

Open a new conversation inside the project, paste in your notes or data, and name the skill you want Claude to run. Tell it the stage of the engagement so the output is grounded, not generic.

Tip

Name the skill in your prompt. Phrases like "Use the problem-framing-diagnosis skill" or "Run the strategic-option-design skill" point Claude at the right method without ambiguity.
