Billing
Manage your plan, tokens, payment method and invoices
Everything billing lives in your Oria account at account.oria.one, on the Account page. You'll find Account in the top right corner and at the bottom of the sidebar. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Plans
Starter, Professional and Team are billed monthly and include a set number of tokens. Starter and Professional are self-serve. Team and Enterprise are set up with our team.

Prices exclude VAT. The pricing page always shows current prices and the full feature list.
Every plan includes Oria Academy. Starter and Professional both include custom corporate styles, the Claude and ChatGPT connectors and fully editable slides. Beyond tokens, the main difference is data retention: on Professional and Team, Oria doesn't keep your content after your slides are delivered, while on Starter it may keep it to power history and reuse features. Free trial
Starter and Professional start with a free trial, and Stripe asks for a payment method when you start it. The trial ends after 7 days or once you've used 20 tokens, whichever comes first. Oria then charges your card for the first month of the plan you picked, and the tokens you used during the trial count toward that month's allowance.
Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
How tokens work
Tokens are what Oria spends when it designs slides:
- Each slide design Oria generates (a preview or design option) costs 1 token
- Turning a design into an editable PowerPoint slide costs 1 more token
- A finished slide usually costs 2 tokens, and every extra design option you ask for costs 1 token
Your plan's tokens reset at the start of each billing period, and unused ones don't roll over. Tokens you buy in packs never expire. Oria always spends your plan tokens first.
When you run out, Oria stops generating new slides until you top up or your plan renews. You're never charged automatically for extra usage.
To check your balance:
- Your Oria account: open Account and look at Current token balance
- PowerPoint add-in: click Profile to see the tokens available, then Manage plan for Current Month Plan Usage and Purchased tokens
Buy more tokens
Token packs are one-off purchases that sit on top of your plan. You need an active plan or trial to buy one.
- Open Account
In your Oria account, open Account and find One-off packages.
- Pick a pack
Choose 40 tokens ($10), 80 tokens ($20) or 200 tokens ($50), click Buy tokens, then Continue.
- Pay on Stripe
Complete the payment on the Stripe checkout page. You're sent back to Oria, and the tokens are added as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
In the PowerPoint add-in, Profile then Get more tokens takes you to the same packs.
Switch plans
Open Account and click Switch to Professional (or Switch to Starter), then confirm.
- On a paid plan: Oria raises an immediate prorated invoice for the difference and bills your saved payment method
- During the trial: nothing is charged now, and the new price applies from your first payment
You can't switch while Oria is generating slides for you. Wait for the job to finish, then try again.
Payment method and invoices
Open Account, expand Manage account and click Change payment method. This opens your Stripe billing page, where you can update your card, view and download invoices, and edit your billing details.
Cancel your subscription
- Open Manage account
Open Account, expand Manage account and click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm and tell us why
Click Yes, continue, pick the reason that fits best and click Submit.
- Unsubscribe
Click Unsubscribe to confirm the cancellation.
Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, you can keep using your remaining tokens until then, and you won't be charged again. When the period ends, your plan tokens expire. If you cancel during the trial, you're not charged at all.
Changed your mind before the period ends? Open Manage account and click Keep subscription to turn auto-renew back on. You can also cancel by emailing support@oria.one.
Team billing
The Team plan is arranged with our team rather than through card checkout. Members draw from the team's shared token pool, which is the balance their Account page shows. Plans and token packs are managed for the whole team, so members can't buy a personal plan or pack from their own account.
Team admins manage members, roles and monthly token limits per role in the PowerPoint add-in, under Profile then Team Settings. To start a team or change its size, book a call.
