How to reach the Oria team
Most setup is self-serve, but a person on the Oria team reads every message.
Email us
Reach the team at support@oria.one. To help us resolve things faster, include:
- The email on your Oria account (needed for anything account-specific)
- Where it happened: Claude, ChatGPT, the PowerPoint add-in or your Oria account
- A short description of what you're trying to do and where you're stuck
- A screenshot, if it's a UI or setup issue
- For billing questions, the date and amount of the charge
Use the support form
Prefer a form? Fill in your name, email and message on the support page. It goes to the same inbox, and we reply to the email you enter.
You can also reach us from inside Oria:
- Your Oria account: on Home, click Contact support
- PowerPoint add-in: click Profile, then the support link at the bottom
